ZLJ系列組合式輸送膠帶硫化接頭機，主要部件采用高強度鋁合金制成。片式電熱元件加溫，具有工作平穩、熱效率高，溫度均勻，配有輕型全自動電控箱，壓力系統供給0~ 2MPa均勻壓力，操作方便，搬運輕便，廣泛應用于冶金、礦山、水泥、電廠、港口、建材、化工等行業的各種運輸膠帶硫化接頭及修復。

●按適用膠帶寬度分為: 500,650,800, 1000, 1200, 1400, 1600, 1800, 2000,2200 ( mm) ;

●按膠帶接頭長度分為: 250,300,350,400,500,600,700,800,830, 1000,1200 ( mm) ;

●按熱板型式分為: A型一平行四邊形，72° ; B型一矩形，90° ;

●按電壓等級又分為: 380V,660V兩個電壓等級;

●按配置要求又可分為快速水冷卻型和自然冷卻型。

●設有自動數字溫控系統，硫化溫度0~ 199C可調;

●升溫時間: ( 常溫升至硫化溫度145C)不大于40min;

●可設硫化壓力< 2Mpa。

●對升溫、保溫、溫度超限保護實現全自動控制。
